Lucas Silva, full name Lucas Silva Borges, is a Brazilian professional footballer who plays as a midfielder. He was born on February 16, 1993 in Bom Jesus de Goiás, Brazil. Silva started his professional career at Cruzeiro in Brazil before moving to Europe to play for Real Madrid in 2015.
Unfortunately, Silva struggled to establish himself at Real Madrid and went out on loan to various clubs including Marseille, Cruzeiro, and Sporting CP. In 2019, he returned to Brazil permanently to play for Grêmio.
Lucas Silva has also represented the Brazilian national team at the youth levels, including the U20 team. Although he has not made many appearances for the senior national team, he is considered a talented and versatile midfielder with good passing and defensive abilities.
